This policy explains how Golden Vision Fleet Co. LLC ("the company", "we") collects personal data through the website astolroya.com, how we use and protect it, and your rights under the Personal Data Protection Law of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. What we collect
We only collect personal data that you type into one of the website's forms yourself:
- Contact form: your name and email, your company and mobile number if you give them, and your message.
- Quote form: the contact details above, plus shipment details such as origin, destination, and the description, weight and size of the goods.
- Shipment inquiry: the waybill or container number and your email.
To protect the forms from repeated automated submissions, we briefly keep a scrambled code derived from your device's network (IP) address instead of the address itself. It is deleted automatically an hour after it was last used.
How we use your data
- To answer your message or inquiry.
- To prepare and send the quote you requested.
- To tell you the status of a shipment you ask about.
We do not use your data for marketing without your separate consent, and we never sell or rent it to anyone.
Legal basis
We process your data on the basis of the consent you give when you send a form, and to take the steps you ask for before entering into a contract with us, such as preparing a quote.
Who we share it with
- Our hosting and email provider, which runs the website and the company mailbox, only as far as needed to provide that service.
- Competent government authorities, such as customs, when needed to carry out a shipment you have contracted with us for, or when required by law or court order.
How long we keep it
We keep messages and quote requests for as long as needed to deal with them and any business that follows. Copies stored on the website server are deleted automatically after twelve months, unless they lead to a contract governed by other statutory retention periods.
How we protect it
The website runs over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Copies of form submissions are stored in a folder that cannot be reached from the internet, and are only seen by the staff who answer them.
Cookies and fonts
This website uses no cookies, tracking tools or analytics. It loads its typefaces from Google Fonts, so Google's servers receive your device's IP address, as with any request made over the internet.
Your rights
Under the Personal Data Protection Law, you have the right to:
- Know how and why we collect your data.
- Request a copy of the data we hold about you.
- Have your data corrected or updated.
- Have your data deleted once it is no longer needed.
- Withdraw your consent at any time.
